On Friday I picked out one of my carrots, since all my peas died, and they are so tiny! I am not sure if they are ready to be eaten (I tried to eat it but it was too hard) but they are definitely the only things sprouting in my garden. I took pictures but my sd card on my phone is not working =/ I'll take more pics when I get home from spring break!! =]]
Enjoy your break everyone and continue to work in healthy habits such as not drinking soda/empty calories, fast food, fattening foods, and not exercising!

Competition!
If any of you have not heard, many seniors at Bioscience High School have been doing Insanity Workout! If you don't know what the Insanity workout is, it is a workout video routine that is said as advertised to get you in shape. The commercials look awesome so I'm guessing that is why so many people at our school has begun to try it. I am not advocating to begin the Insanity workout because I have no idea how it works, but I do understand when people exercise together it becomes easier. May be you and your friends can begin a competition of your own to increase the amount of time and days you work out!

30 Day Challenge!!!
Try keeping track of how much time you spend exercising for one month.
You should be working out between 30-45 minutes. Running, biking, lifting weights, yoga, and any other exercise that gets your heart racing is a great way to start. Try to make time for exercising, for example, if you're watch TV lift weights, do crunches, jumping jacks or anything as your watching your show.
In your agenda or some form of a calendar, log how long you exercised for and if it was a light or heavy work out.
Come up with creative ways to get your body moving and share them with others!
